Field Audit Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Fox Field Audit tool hosted on HorrorFight.com.

The tool collects technician and auditor names, service and audit dates, customer or account identifiers, audit answers, notes, handwriting, and uploaded photographs. This information is used to document service quality and support management follow-up.

Audit records and images are stored in the website’s database. Designated website administrators can review them. Email notifications containing audit information are sent to the configured management recipients.

The tool uses a session cookie to maintain access after an auditor enters the shared access code. Connection information is also used to limit repeated unsuccessful access attempts.

The website uses WP Mail SMTP and an authorized Gmail account to send notifications. Google authorization credentials are stored by the email plugin. Audit notification content is processed through Google’s email service.

Only submit information necessary for an audit. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information.
